  1. Delivery Locations: Deliveries are made to the kerbside or driveway, depending on the property layout. Bridgewalk Design Limited use various courier companies who use vehicles of various sizes, including vans and 18-tonne lorries. Customers are encouraged to provide any access restrictions or specific delivery instructions during checkout.
  2. Failed Deliveries: If the delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as no one being home, refusal of goods, lack of assistance, or changes/cancellations within 48 hours of delivery, customers may be responsible for additional costs incurred for returning the goods. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is £28 or £0.90 per kg if the weight is over 29kg.
  3. Damaged or Missing Items: Customers should inspect the packages for visual damage or missing items. If such issues are detected, it’s essential to note them on the courier’s paperwork or contact the Bridgewalk Design Limited promptly to resolve any problem.
  4. Delivery Restrictions: The company currently does not deliver to certain areas and addresses, including Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses, various Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and has extended delivery times for Scottish Highlands, Devon, and Cornwall. Please allow 14 days for deliveries to Scotland, and up to 10 days for deliveries to the South-West of England.
